Quality Control

Ze hong has a full QC system covering incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and shipment. Every batch is inspected for durability and consistency. IQC checks wood, hardware, packaging, etc. IPQC inspects cutting, machining, assembly, and other key processes. FQC checks dimensions, structure, load capacity, appearance, and durability. OQC verifies packaging, quantity, markings, and batch records. We hold FSC® and IPPC certifications, meeting global import requirements. We support customer and third-party inspections and respond quickly to quality issues. Through training, process optimization, and equipment upgrades, we continuously improve. After the June 2024 factory upgrade, capacity and quality control have been further enhanced.

Company History

Founded in Fujian in 2015, focusing on bamboo and wood products. We started with beekeeping equipment and have long supplied hive components to Henan and Anhui. We then expanded overseas, exporting to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. We obtained FSC® and IPPC certifications to meet import and environmental requirements.
